Are We Unaware Of Our Own Red Flags?

Is there a test we can take?

Are we unaware of our own red flags? Do we spend more time judging others, especially potential partners, that we fail to be self-aware of our own? Kettle black anyone? Hell, some of us couldn’t see the color red if our lives depended on it, lol.

There are a ton of articles on red flags that I’ve read. They all focus on other people and not ourselves.

What are our own red flags?

In recent months I’ve given a lot of thought to what might or might not classify as a red flag… for me. I believe those last two words “for me” are very important when talking about red flags in a potential partner. We are all very different and have grown up in different situations.

How do we know if we have red flags?

Well, let me think about it. I don’t have anyone trapped in a basement, so I guess that’s one red flag I can remove, haha. Seriously though, what are some common red flags we look for as a man? and as a woman? Let’s list them.

Male & Female Red Flags

  • They can never be single. Both.

I find this a major red flag in women myself. It’s unattractive if someone can’t be alone for an extended period of time.
